Throughout the year, plants undergo changes in size and availability, due to natural causes such as seasonal changes and / or growth patterns. These changes may appear more drastic in some plant species than others. We encourage our clients to use our product images as a guide when selecting plants, but it is recommended to visit our location or request current pictures to have an up to date visual of our products, including specialty items, which may also vary in color and structure. Charges are applied to any and all materials once they leave the nursery, whether they are a purchase or rental. Damaged / destroyed materials are subject to L&D (loss and damage) charges which are determined by management on a case by case basis as applicable. Returned materials are not automatically considered to be in good condition.
